Westchester Soccer Club’s final push through their second season was fueled by a host of young talent, one of which was midfielder Daniel Burko. For the second straight week, he was named to the USL League One Team of the Week. The midfielder won eight duels and three tackles before netting a stoppage-time equalizer against Sarasota Paradise to clinch the Golden Apples a top-ten finish in the League One standings after the 2-2 draw.
WSC finished season two at 11-14-7, a marked improvement over season one, six points out of the final playoff spot.
