Accessible Seats / ADA Parking
ADA Accessible seating is available in Sections 1, 2, 4, 7, 9, and 10 by request.

ADA parking is available in the Blue Garage on a first come, first served basis. The Main Gate is Wheelchair accessible.
Advance Ticket Purchases
Advance tickets for Westchester SC can be purchased online at ticketing@westchester.com via SeatGeek, the exclusive digital ticketing provider for Westchester SC. On the day of a match, tickets may be purchased at the Box Office next to the Main Gate, which open 90 minutes prior to kick-off (subject to change).
Purchase in advance online to save on tickets. Ticket prices increase on the day of game.
Aisles, Rails, Ramps, and Stairways
For the safety of all guests and to maintain a fan-friendly environment at matches and events, standing or sitting in aisles, at railings, on ramps, or in stairways is not permitted. Guests will be asked to return to their seats if found in these areas. Additionally, standing on seats is prohibited.
Alcohol Beverage Policy
Westchester SC is committed to promoting responsible alcohol service while enhancing the fan experience and enjoyment of events.
Rules at The Stadium at Memorial Field:
- Alcohol from outside the stadium is not permitted.
- Any person found with alcohol not purchased inside the stadium is subject to immediate ejection.
- No one may enter the stadium in an intoxicated state.
- To purchase, possess, or consume alcohol, individuals must be 21 years or older and provide a valid government-issued ID.
There is a limit of two drinks per person per transaction.
Alcohol Service and Cut-Off Times
Alcohol will be available starting 90 minutes before the schedule’s start of any Westchester SC match.
- Alcohol service will end at all points of sale at the 70-minute mark.
Please note that these service times are general guidelines, and Westchester SC reserves the right to begin or end alcohol service at any time, as necessary.
Animals
Trained guide dogs and service dogs are welcome to assist guests at The Stadium at Memorial Field. All other animals are not permitted. If you require assistance during your visit, please reach out to the nearest usher or staff member.
ATMs
There are no ATMs available at The Stadium at Memorial Field. To eliminate cash transactions, all points of sale within Memorial Field will operate on a cashless basis, accepting credit cards or touchless mobile payments only.
Bag Policy & Bag Checks
All guests entering the venue will undergo a visual inspection and bag check. Guests with disabilities may request alternative screening methods. Screening is required for entry, and refusal to be inspected may result in denial of admission. We recommend that fans avoid bringing bags to the stadium. If a guest chooses to bring a clear bag, it must not exceed 14” x 14” x 6”. Small clutches or purses no larger than 6.5” x 6.5” are also permitted.
Prohibited bags included, but are not limited to: large purses, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, luggage, computer bags, camera bags, or any bag exceeding the allowed size. This policy does not apply to guests with specific medical needs or those caring for young children. If you have any questions about permissible bags, please contact ticketing@westchestersc.com.
Banners, Signs, & Flags
Event-related signs, flags, banners, and posters are welcome inside the facility to show fan support during the matches. Certain signs, flags, and banners and posters may be restricted to official supporter sections.
Westchester SC staff reserve the right to remove any banner or sign at their sole discretion, at any time.

The ticket office is located at the Main Gate.
Cameras & Video Equipment
Still cameras are allowed at The Stadium at Memorial Field. However, lenses longer than 6”, camera bags that exceed the stadium’s bag policy, and tripods/monopods are not permitted without prior approval. Video cameras and drones are prohibited at stadium events. For any questions regarding photography during the Westchester SC matches, please contact info@westchestersc.com.
Photographers are not allowed on the field or in paid group spaces at any time during the events.
Children’s Ticket Policy
For Westchester SC matches, children aged three and under do not require a ticket unless they need their own reserved set, in which case a ticket must be purchased. For any questions regarding children’s tickets, please contact the box office before your visit.
Code of Conduct
Westchester SC is dedicated to delivering a world-class soccer experience that is positive, memorable, and safe for all fans. To maintain an enjoyable atmosphere at every match, we have established this Fan Code of Conduct. All fans are expected to follow the guidelines outlined below, which are in accordance with both Westchester SC and Mount Vernon Memorial Field regulations.
Prohibited Conduct
To maintain a safe and comfortable environment, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Abusive, harassing, threatening, disruptive, or violent behavior toward players, coaches, staff, match officials, or other fans.
- Use of language or display of gestures, symbols, signs, or imagery that are threatening, obscene, pornographic, or discriminatory based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, ability, or sexual orientation. This includes communication through clothing, signage, chants, social media, or any other means.
- Engaging in illegal activities, including:
- Consumption of alcohol by individuals under the age of 21.
- Irresponsible consumption of alcohol.
- Use of controlled substances.
- Fighting or inciting violence.
- Damaging property, whether venue-owned or personal.
- Non-compliance with the venue’s smoke device policy, including the unauthorized use of pyrotechnics or smoke devices.
- Failure to comply with venue policies or directions from staff regarding stadium rules, safety actions, or emergency procedures.
- Interfering with the progress of the match, including entering the field of play, throwing objects onto the field, or refusing to return balls that go out of play.
- Attempting to access restricted areas beyond what is permitted by your ticket.
Permitted Items
To ensure a safe and enjoyable match day, fans may bring the following items:
- Small bags and personal items (subject to search). Please see bag policy for more information.
- Banners and flag, provided they do not obstruct views or contain offensive material.
- Non-professional cameras and mobile devices.
Alcohol Consumption
- Alcohol may only be consumed by individuals 21 years of age or older.
- Fans are expected to drink responsibly. Excessive alcohol consumption leading to disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Alcohol sales will cease at a designated time, typically before the end of the second half.
Consequences of Violating the Fan Code of Conduct
Violations of this Fan Code of Conduct will result in appropriate sanctions, as deemed necessary by Westchester SC, including but not limited to:
- Verbal or written warnings.
- Ejection from the venue.
- Bans from future Westchester SC matches or events.
- Revocation of supporter privileges.
- Legal action, including arrest.

Credit Cards
All major credit cards are accepted at the Stadium at Memorial Field, which is a cashless facility. Credit cards may be used at the box office and merchandise stands. Accepted cards include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Emergency / Evacuation Procedures
In the event that inclement weather approaches Memorial Field, public address announcements will be made to update fans on the situation. Should a lightning strike occur within 10 miles of the venue, play will be stopped immediately. Play will resume 30 minutes after the last strike occurs within the 10-mile threat radius. If play is suspended due to weather, fans are required to vacate the stands and seek shelter in their vehicles.
All ticket stubs should be kept for re-entry into the stadium after the weather threat has cleared. Updates on the resumption of play can be found on the Westchester SC social media feed.
Entrances
This is one main entrance for Westchester SC matches. Main Gate is located along E Sandford Blvd next to the main box office, the Blue Garage, and allows direct entry into the facility concourse.

Exchanges & Refunds
Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded or re-printed. If you are unable to use your purchased ticket, you have the opportunity to send your ticket to a friend or family member via the SeatGeek app.
If a match is postponed due to weather, tickets for the postponed match will be valid for the rescheduled date. Please contact ticketing@westchestersc.com if you have any questions about postponed match tickets.
Field Access
Guests are not permitted access to the playing field at any time during an event. Only individuals with the appropriate credentials will be allowed on the field. Anyone found on the field without proper credentials may be removed from the stadium and/or subject to arrest.

First Aid
First Aid is located at both ticketing booths. Should you need immediate assistance, please find the nearest security personnel or usher, and they will dispatch help to your location.
Food & Beverage Policy
Guests are not permitted to bring food or beverages into the facility. However, food or beverages required for special dietary needs, religious reasons, or medical conditions may be approved in advance by the Hospitality Department. For more information, please contact info@westchestersc.com.
Gates Opening Times
For all Westchester SC matches, the gates will open 90 minutes prior to the scheduled time for kick-off (subject to change). Any earlier openings due to special events will be announced on social media.
Intoxicated Guests
Westchester SC staff reserves the right to deny entry to guests who appear intoxicated. Guests displaying disruptive behavior due to intoxication will be asked to leave the facility and may be subject to arrest.
Lost Children
If a child and parent are separated, they should immediately contact the nearest Westchester SC employee, event staff member, or security personnel, or go to the Guest Service tent located at the entrance.
Media Credentials
Media members can request press credentials for access to press areas and post-match field level access. Please submit your credential via the WSC website, including the publication you represent and the match date for which credentials are needed.
Merchandise
Official Westchester SC team apparel and merchandise is available for purchase in the stadium. Westchester SC merch is also available for purchase at the online team store.
Noise Making Devices
Noisemakers such as air horns, drums, (vuvuzela) horns, and whistles are prohibited except in designated Supporters Section areas with prior approval from Westchester SC staff.
Parking & Directions
Parking at The Stadium at Memorial Field is available in two different parking garages next to the stadium. Please visit our parking page for more information on where to park and directions to the stadium.
Prohibited Items
Items not permitted into the stadium include, but are limited:
- Weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, knives, pepper spray, stun guns, concealed weapons and firearms.
- Fireworks of any kind including, but not limited to, flares, smoke bombs, incendiary devices and Pyrotechnics.
- Smoking devices/tobacco/cigarettes
- Illegal drugs or harmful chemicals
- Any missile or projectile like object
- Aerosol cans or pressurized containers
- Laser pointers or flashlights
- Streamers or Confetti
- Remote controlled aircraft or unmanned aircraft systems (drones)
- Animals (except assistive animals)
- Signs/banners larger than 2 ft. X 2 ft. (or any other item that could obstruct other patron’s views)
- Umbrellas (Fans should bring raincoats/ponchos for inclement weather)
- Outside food & beverage of any kind
- Metal or glass containers/cups of any kind
- Backpacks and large bags over 14x14x6 inches (subject to search)
- Noisemakers (airhorns, drums, horns, whistles)
- Bikes, inline skates, skateboards, scooters, shoes with wheels
- Frisbees or inflated balls of any kind
- Un-approved pamphlets, handouts, advertisements, etc.
- Strollers
- Foldable stadium seats (stadium cushions/pads are permitted)
- Any other items deemed to be inappropriate or dangerous by the person responsible for safety/security at the Stadium at Memorial Field.
- There are no provisions to check items at the gates or in the stadium. Westchester SC fans will be asked to either take prohibited items back to their car if they have not entered the stadium, or dispose of prohibited items at the entrance of the stadium.
- Neither the Club nor the Stadium at Memorial Field are responsible for items left behind, lost, stolen, or damaged.
- Possession of prohibited items may result in removal from the stadium. Game tickets will be forfeited.
- Security personnel reserve the right to inspect any item at any time and to prohibit any item deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the enjoyment of others.
- Failure to follow these guidelines may result in ejection from the Stadium at Memorial Field or revocation of future ticket privileges.
We ask that all fans conduct themselves lawfully to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone in the stadium and parking areas.
Re-Entry Policy
The Stadium at Memorial Field has a strict no re-entry policy. Guests who leave the stadium during an event will need to purchase a new ticket to re-enter the facility.
Restrooms
Restrooms at the Stadium at Memorial Field are located under the grandstands.
Ride Share Pick Up/Drop Off
Ride Share and Taxi drop off and pick up are permitted. Please ensure you are ready for pick-up on time, as staging vehicles on Garden Ave and E Sandford Blvd directly in front of the stadium is not permitted by the police.
Security
The Stadium at Memorial Field is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Security personnel and uniformed police officers are stationed throughout the stadium. If you need assistance, please contact the nearest security guard, uniformed officer, Westchester SC team member, or visit Guest Services.
See Something, Say Something
If you see suspicious activity, please report it to the nearest staff or law enforcement.
Suspicious activities may include, but are not limited to:
- Backpack, suitcase, briefcase or package left behind or unattended
- Strangers asking questions about structures or security procedures
- Unusual chemical smells, fumes or smoke that worry you
- Unauthorized cars, vans, or trucks left in no-parking zones near important buildings
- Overheard threatening conversations discussing violence, bombs, guns, etc.
Smoking Policy
In compliance with the City of Mount Vernon, The Stadium at Memorial Field is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is prohibited on the premises, including all forms of smoking such as tobacco cigarettes, smokeless tobacco (chew or dip), e-cigarettes, and any vaping devices.

All guests age four (4) years and older must have a ticket to enter the game. Please ensure your mobile ticket is downloaded before approaching the gates.

In the event of inclement weather approaching Memorial Field, public address announcements will be made to keep fans informed about the situation. If a lightning strike occurs within 10 miles of the venue, play will be immediately suspended. Play will resume 30 minutes after the last lightning strike within the 10-mile radius.
If play is suspended due to weather, fans must leave the stands and seek shelter in their vehicles or the nearby parking garage. The concourse below the Grandstand is not a safe shelter location.
